We take pride in our jewelry which is handmade by the best artisans in the industry. Most of our products are handcrafted so each piece could be slightly different from another in its own unique way. They may also look a little different than the picture shown in terms of the stone colors as light has some effects on the product picture. However, each piece is personally picked up and assures our customers great quality.

7 days return – no questions asked. We are so confident about our product, but if you do not like what you have ordered online, you can return it back within 7 business day of purchase. Please notify us within 3 business days at info@mimora.com.

15 days exchange – If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your purchase within 15 days.
